Customer Management

The EdaptIT customer management system allows you to update information and put notes on customer master records. The customer master record keeps track of all purchases to date across all venues, has indicators for VIP and blocked buyers etc. This interface is designed to help provide a higher level of service for your best recurring customers. The VIP codes give them priority shipping and are used in special offers for marketing emails.
